We’re paving!

Today is an important day on the Sharon Valley Road Bridge project in Sharon Township – it’s paving day! Our contractors are working on paving the road approaches on either side of the bridge. This means we are getting closer to the end of this project. Once paving has been completed, there are still some important safety-related contract work that needs to be completed before the road will be reopened to traffic, including guardrail, shoulders, pavement markings and slope restoration.

We are hoping to have the road reopened to traffic by the end of June, as long as the weather cooperates. If you have any questions, please contact Aaron Berkholz, project manager, at (734) 327-6648 or [email protected].
