It has been a rainy week on the Saline-Milan Road bridge project in York Township. Unfortunately, this wet weather means that our contractor was not able to pave this week.
Once we have a weather window and the road base dries out some, we will complete the asphalt paving. After we have paved, the remaining items to finish include the guardrail installation, slope restoration and pavement markings. We estimate that there are 1 to 2 weeks of work to complete (after paving) before the road can be re-opened.
