Winter is here and that means a pause on the US-12/M-17 Improvement Project in Ypsilanti Township.
While nearly all the roadwork was completed last fall, the contractor still needs to finish some signal, concrete, landscaping and restoration elements this spring. Most of this work will resume in the spring. This winter, motorists and the community will see some work going on in the shoulder as the weather and resources allow.
