US-12 and M-17: Moving Earth and Removing Bridges

Two weeks into construction and big things are happening on the US-12 and M-17 Improvement Project in Ypsilanti Township. The contractors for this project have torn down the fly-over bridge and are working to remove the bridge debris. They are also working on some earth work in the project area.

The new traffic pattern started on Monday, June 14 and will be in place for approximately 2 months. It includes lane closures on EB and WB US-12, EB M-17 and Ford Rd. Click here for the detour map.
