Safety Improvement Project: Intersection of Pleasant Lake Rd at Zeeb Rd (Lodi Twp)

The Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) is improving safety at the intersection of Pleasant Lake Rd and Zeeb Rd in Lodi Township.

The week of May 18, 2026, the intersection of Pleasant Lake Rd and Zeeb Rd in Lodi Township will be converted to an all-way stop, also known as a four-way stop. Currently, the intersection is a 2-way stop with Pleasant Lake Rd traffic having the right-of-way.

An evaluation of the intersection determined that warrants were met for a multi-way stop based on the Michigan Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MMUTCD).  Weather permitting, the conversion will be implemented the week of May 18th. Warning signs will be placed in advance of the new stop signs to alert motorists of the change.

Motorists are reminded of the need for additional caution through the intersection once the change has been implemented.

If you have any questions concerning his project, contact Michele Ford, Sr. Project Manager – Traffic & Safety, at (734) 327-6652, or via email at [email protected].
