WHERE: Joy Road between Mast Road and Zeeb Road on the border of Webster and Scio Townships
WHY: Road resurfacing
BACKGROUND: Starting Monday, July 29, 2019, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will close Joy Road between Mast Road and Zeeb Road on the border of Webster and Scio Townships for a road resurfacing project.
These improvements are expected to take approximately 10 days. All dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
People who live or own property within the work zone will be provided access throughout the project. All other traffic will need to use the posted detour or seek an alternate route.
Unlike WCRC’s prep work during the week of July 22, this closure will be in effect overnight and on weekends until the project has been completed.
