BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Consultant – Construction Engineering and Surveying Services for 2021, 2022 & 2023 construction seasons. Professional services for construction engineering will include staffing of a construction Project Manager/Engineer of Record, full-time/part-time construction technician(s) as needed to perform those duties regularly associated with the administration and inspection of road/bridge construction and permit activities within the road right-of-way. Professional services for construction surveying will include construction staking and remonumentation.
