Now that the sun is out and the road is drying out (a little), construction is heating back up on the Textile Road paving project in Pittsfield Township. In the coming days, our contractor will begin work placing the concrete curb and gutter along Textile Road between Campbell Road and Thomas Road. Additional grading and drainage work on the roadbed will continue throughout the spring.
WCRC still expects the project to be completed this summer. As a reminder, Textile Road remains closed to ALL traffic from the Thomas Road intersection to just west of Platt Road in Pittsfield Township.
