Construction of the new culvert under Old US-12 between Liebeck Rd and Sylvan Rd in Sylvan Township is moving along!
Over the weekend, our crews were able to place the new culvert structure, backfill the structure, and install the wingwalls. Currently, our crews are working to create a stable road base over the structure and prepare for asphalt paving.
