The preventative maintenance work on the Huron River Dr bridge, over the Huron River, between Wagner Rd and Tubbs Rd in Scio Township has been going well.
The contractor is continuing to make the necessary concrete repairs on the bridge railing and at the expansion joint. The concrete work on the north side of the bridge is expected to be completed by the end of this week under lane restrictions. Once completed, the contractor will move to the south half of the bridge to begin repairs.
The Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will continue to send out updates as the project progresses.
