This week, the contractor working on behalf of the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) finished installing the underground storm sewer at the intersection of Scio Church Rd and Zeeb Rd in Lodi and Scio Townships. The contractor also began grading and compacting the soil in preparation to place the new concrete curb. The curb construction is currently scheduled for early August.
The intersection of Scio Church Rd at Zeeb Rd remains closed to all traffic. Motorists are encouraged to follow the posted detour. All truck traffic is to follow the detour using Pleasant Lake Rd and Wagner Rd.
