The roundabout at the intersection of Island Lake Road and Dexter-Chelsea Rd is taking shape. New concrete curbs and driveway approaches are being poured this week. The intersection of Island Lake Rd and Dexter-Chelsea Rd remains closed. Please follow the posted detours.
Next steps:
- Final shaping and compaction of the limestone base, supporting the asphalt pavement and concrete islands, will begin the week of July 6th.
- Asphalt paving is expected to start in late July.
- Concrete islands will be prepared; pour dates to be determined.
