The Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) removed and replaced the culvert on Zeeb Rd between Gregory Rd and N. Territorial Rd in Webster Township. WCRC crews built the box culvert, then excavated and removed the failed culvert. During the week of July 13th, crews finished backfilling, installing headwalls (structure that manages water flow), and the restoration work.
The project is complete; the road has been re-opened to traffic.
WCRC is able to perform this project thanks to a Stormwater Grant and its partnership with the Washtenaw County Water Resources Commissioner’s Office and the Township.
