A contractor for the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) completed re-paving on Dixboro Road between M-14 and Pontiac Trail on Monday, September 14, 2026.
Crews began milling (removing) the surface on September 10 and finished laying the new asphalt, affecting parts of Ann Arbor, Northfield, Salem, and Superior Townships. The road is fully open, but drivers should remain cautious as contractors will return in the coming weeks to place aggregate shoulders and paint permanent pavement markings.
