On September 16, the contractor working on behalf of the Washtenaw County Road Commission pulverized (crush and shape) the existing road surface on Bush Rd between Pierce Rd and Sibley Rd in Sylvan Township. Next, crews began paving the new asphalt and this was completed on September 24th. Temporary pavement markings have been placed. Permanent pavement markings and shoulder work will be completed in the coming weeks.
Bush Rd between Pierce Rd and Sibley Rd in Sylvan Township was reopened to traffic on Friday, September 25th.
