Moon Rd: Almost There!

We are making steady progress on the Moon Rd Resurfacing Project in York Township.

Our contractors have finished paving and have been working on placing the new shoulders for the road. The road will be reopened to traffic once the shoulder placement is completed, which we expect to be this weekend (weather pending). We will send out an advisory once the road is officially reopened.

Next week we will have a crew working on drainage improvements, which will be conducted under lane restrictions. While the road will be reopened to traffic, delays are likely due to the lane restrictions. We encourage motorists to use an alternate route.
