This summer, we will replace an aging bridge on Miller Road over Honey Creek and construct a single-lane roundabout at the intersection of Miller Road and Wagner Road in Scio Township.
In preparation for this summer work, our contractor will begin the necessary tree removals in the coming weeks. We are planning to remove approximately 100 trees that are in conflict with the planned improvements (roundabout and bridge). We worked with our consultants during design to minimize tree removals wherever possible.
Miller Road will remain open to traffic during the tree work but there may be lane restrictions. We will issue a road advisory ahead of these lane restrictions. All tree removal work will be completed by March 31, 2020.
