Mast Rd Bridge: Concrete Cures!

By August 10, 2021Project Updates

Steady progress is being made at the Mast Rd Bridge Project in Webster Township.

A few weeks ago temporary supports were placed on the bridge deck so our contractor can safely make the repairs to the northern pier. The repairs required us to remove damaged concrete from the pier and replace it with new concrete. Our contractor was able to finish pouring new concrete last week. The temporary supports will be removed once the concrete has cured.

Once the temporary supports are safely removed, we will finish the concrete repairs on the deck and install the remaining portion of the expansion joint.
