Our contractor has been making steady progress on the 5 Mile Road reconstruction project in Salem Township. Since the start of the closure on July 8, our contractors have started work on the storm sewer and they have begun pulverizing the existing pavement in some areas. This work will continue for a couple of weeks.
5 Mile Road between Chubb Road and Napier Road remains closed to through traffic. Access to Advanced Disposal Services and Fortistar Methane Group will be provided via Napier Road. Access to Braeburn Golf Course will be provided at the intersection of Napier Road and 5 Mile Road.
