It’s Concrete Time!

This morning, Bailey Excavating, our Harris Road project contractor, started pouring concrete sidewalk on the south end of the project. They will continue to pour concrete for sidewalks, curb and gutter and driveways over the next few weeks.

There will be times during this process when you won’t be able to use your driveway. You will not be able to drive where they are pouring concrete or on freshly poured concrete (for up to 3 days). Concrete is a great material but it needs to “cure” or cool down and harden once it has been poured. The curing process usually takes 3 days for this type of work.

If you cannot access your driveway, our contractor, Bailey Excavating, will provide you with an alternative location to park your vehicles.

We know this will be inconvenient and we appreciate your patience.

If you have any questions, please contact Matt MacDonell, project manager at [email protected] with any questions.
