TITLE: 2023 Bemis Rd at Whittaker Rd Roundabout Project
DEADLINE: Friday, February 17, 2023, at 11:00 a.m.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The Project shall consist of all labor, materials, and equipment required for the construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Bemis Rd and Whittaker Rd in Augusta Township and Ypsilanti Charter Township, Washtenaw County, Michigan. The Project will include maintenance of traffic as specified, pavement removal, storm sewer, roadway grading, concrete islands, paving, drainage improvements, slope restoration, permanent pavement markings, and permanent signing. The Project is detailed to include HMA pavement as well as an alternative concrete pavement.
The proposal shall be electronically signed, and the complete address of the Bidder given thereon. Contractors MUST bid on Parts A, B & C. Parts B & C are resurfacing options for the Bemis Rd at Whittaker Rd Roundabout. Once bids are opened, WCRC shall decide on utilizing either Part B or C for the project and inform the contractor.
