We are making a lot of progress at the Geddes Rd Bridge Project in Superior Township.
Our contractor has been doing a lot of earthwork to prepare the road base for paving. They also poured the concrete for the curbs over the new bridge. We are hoping to start paving the roadway later this week, weather pending.
Once paving is completed, we have a few more things left to do including:
- Driveway approaches
- Gravel shoulders
- Guardrail
- Pavement markings
- Turf restoration
Thank you for your continued patience as we work to complete this project. If the weather cooperates, we are planning to reopen the road in the next couple of weeks.
