Our contractor is already making good progress on the bridge replacement on Cavanaugh Lake Road in Sylvan Township. They began assembling the new box culvert this week and soon they will demolish the existing bridge.
As a reminder, the road is closed to all traffic during construction including bicycles and pedestrians. Trespassing on the railroad tracks is not ever permissible and could result in a misdemeanor punishable with jail time and/or a fine.
