Ann Arbor-Saline Road Concrete Repair – Coming Soon

By September 24, 2019Project Updates

The bids are in and we have a contractor for the Ann Arbor-Saline Road improvement projects announced this spring. Right now, it is looking like our contractor will start the concrete repairs on Ann Arbor-Saline Road between Oak Valley Drive and I-94 in early October.

This work will be done in two phases. The intersections of Ann Arbor-Saline Road/Oak Valley Drive and Ann Arbor-Saline Road/Lohr Road will remain open during construction. Phase 1, between Oak Valley Drive and Lohr Road will be completed first. Depending on the weather and schedule, phase 2, between Lohr Road and the I-94 ramps will be completed after phase 1.

During each phase, the section will be closed to all traffic to allow concrete repairs to cure properly. Our goal is to complete both phases and reopen the road by Friday, October 25, 2019.

If you have any questions about this project, please contact Matt MacDonell, director of engineering, (734) 327-6688, [email protected].

The work planned at the intersections of Ann Arbor-Saline Road/Wagner Road and Ann Arbor-Saline Road/Pleasant Lake Road will take place in the spring of 2020.
