BRIEF DESCRIPTION: This project consists of targeted ramp and sidewalk upgrades per the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 2012 Michigan Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MMUTCD), 2012 Standard Specifications for Construction, including provided Special Provisions at existing signalized intersections and mid-block crossings.
