On October 9, 2025, Cadillac Asphalt, a Michigan Department of Transportation contractor working on behalf of the Washtenaw County Road Commission, completed asphalt resurfacing (paving) the entire segment of Earhart Rd between Plymouth Rd and M-14 in Ann Arbor Township.
The contractor has also completed installation of new guardrails at the M-14 overpass and the placement of aggregate (stone) shoulder material along the newly paved road.
Moving forward: Traffic signal-related work (by the WCRC) and pavement markings (by the contractor) remain to be completed.
