On Monday, August 29, 2016, the Washtenaw County Road Commission lifted a 10-ton weight restriction on Platt Road over an unnamed tributary to the Saline River after completing repairs to a failing culvert. The culvert is located between Willis Road and Judd Road in section 11 of York Township.
The Washtenaw County Road Commission offers our sincere thanks to the area residents, motorists, and the school district who displayed a great deal of patience during the weight restriction of Platt Road.
