WHERE:
- 6 Mile Road, over Groves and Horseshoe Lake Drain, between Raphael Street and Turnberry Drive in Northfield Township
- Dexter-Chelsea Road, over Mill Creek, between Freer Road and N. Fletcher Road in Lima Township
- Huron River Drive, over Unnamed Creek, between North Territorial Road and Chamberlin Road in Dexter Township
WHY: Structural deterioration
BACKGROUND: Effective the week of October 7, 2019, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will reduce the load rating on the following structures due to structural deterioration:
- 6 Mile Road over O’Connor Drain between Raphael Street and Turnberry Drive in Northfield Township reduced to 21/44/52.
- Dexter-Chelsea Road, over Mill Creek, between Freer Road and N. Fletcher Road in Lima Township reduced to 42/65/75.
- Huron River Drive, over Unnamed Creek, between North Territorial Road and Chamberlin Road in Dexter Township reduced to 36/55/65.
A schedule for maintenance at these locations is undetermined.
