WHY: Forestry

BACKGROUND: The Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) has extended the road closure on Warren Rd between Whitmore Lake Rd and US-23 in Ann Arbor Township for forestry by 7 days.

The work originally started on Monday, March 23, 2026, and now will be completed in 12 days, subject to weather changes.

WHERE: Warren Rd between Whitmore Lake Rd and US-23 in Ann Arbor Township

 WHY:Forestry

BACKGROUND: On Monday, March 23, 2026, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will perform forestry work on Warren Rd between Whitmore Lake Rd and US-23 in Ann Arbor Township in preparation for the 2027 resurfacing project.

The forestry work is expected to take approximately five days to complete. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
