WHY: The Washtenaw County Road Commission will hold a virtual project information meeting regarding the Geddes Rd Resurfacing Project planned this April and May in Ann Arbor and Superior Townships.
Geddes Rd between N. Dixboro Rd and Superior Rd will be pulverized and resurfaced with funds from the County-Wide Roads and Non-Motorized Millage renewed by voters last year. During construction, the road will be closed to through traffic. WCRC hopes to begin road work in mid-April and reopen Geddes Rd in mid-May 2021.
The virtual public meeting will be held via Zoom on Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at 11 a.m. There will be a brief presentation followed by time for questions from the audience. A recording of the meeting will be posted to wcroads.org after the meeting ends.
