WHY: The Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will hold a virtual project information meeting regarding the planned roundabout project at the intersection of Bemis Rd & Whittaker Rd in Augusta & Ypsilanti Townships.
During construction, the intersection of Bemis Rd & Whittaker Rd will be closed to all traffic and a detour will be posted. The closure is expected to be in place for 11 weeks, weather pending.
The virtual public meeting will be held via Zoom on Thursday, May 11, 2023, at 11:30 a.m. There will be a brief presentation followed by time for questions from the audience. A recording of the meeting will be posted to the project web page after the meeting.
