It has been another productive few weeks on the US-12 and M-17 Improvement project in Ypsilanti Township.
The contractor started paving the newly aligned Ecorse Rd and Ford Blvd intersection last week. This paving work continues and so does sidewalk placement throughout the project area. Restoration of grass and other natural features is also well underway.
We are getting close to the finish line on this project and appreciate your patience. If the weather continues to cooperate, the contractor hopes to reopen the newly aligned Ecorse Rd soon. Once this has reopened, the contractor will finish the remaining work under lane closures.
