WHERE: Bridge Rd Bridge at the Ford Lake Dam in Ypsilanti Township
WHY: Sidewalk repairs
BACKGROUND: On Thursday, May 20, 2021, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will begin sidewalk repairs on the Bridge Rd Bridge at the Ford Lake Dam in Ypsilanti Township.
Traffic on the bridge will be maintained; however, the shoulder will be closed for approximately three weeks. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
WCRC plans additional maintenance work at the bridge starting in mid-August. The bridge will be closed for approximately two months during this time. WCRC will hold a virtual public meeting prior to this closure.
