As many of us work to finish up construction projects, our HR Department has been busy getting ready for Open Enrollment. We’re hoping to hold Open Enrollment in mid-October this year. In anticipation, Alicia will be meeting with each crew over the next few weeks to talk about benefits in general and answer any questions you may have. So, if you have ever wondered what exactly an FSA is or how to best cover your kid’s orthodontics bill, get your questions ready for Alicia!
Also, today is the last day to submit a nomination for the Q3 Recognizing Our Workforce Award. If you know of a co-worker who has gone above and beyond this summer, please click here to submit a nomination. We will randomly select two winners from the nominees next week.
