On Monday, August 15, 2016, the Contractor re-opened Willis Road between Hitchingham Road and Whittaker Road in Augusta Township.
Work completed during the construction project included widening and resurfacing for a center left turn lane and the replacement of the existing culvert located west of Chambord Drive/Railsplitter Drive.
The Washtenaw County Road Commission offers our sincere thanks to the area residents, motorists, and the school district who displayed a great deal of patience during the closure of Willis Road.
