BACKGROUND: On Monday, September 28, 2020, at approximately 2:40 p.m., the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) re-opened Old US-12 Road between Sylvan Township Hall and the I-94 ramps in Sylvan Township after completing a culvert replacement project.
