WHERE: Maple Rd between Blueberry Ln and Newport Rd on the border of Ann Arbor and Scio Townships
BACKGROUND: On Tuesday, August 31, 2021, the Washtenaw County Road Commission reopened Maple Rd between Blueberry Ln and Newport Rd on the border of Ann Arbor and Scio Townships after resurfacing the road.
Contractors for WCRC will return to this section of Maple Rd in the next week to place permanent pavement markings and aggregate shoulders. This work will be conducted under lane restrictions.
Please note, we are still planning to resurface Maple Rd near the Foster Rd bridge this construction season. An additional advisory will be sent once a start date has been identified for this project.
