WHERE: Hitchingham Rd near the intersection of Hitchingham Rd and Talladay Rd in Augusta Township
BACKGROUND: On Thursday, September 1, 2022, at approximately noon, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) reopened Hitchingham Rd near the intersection of Hitchingham Rd and Talladay Rd in Augusta Township.
Thanks to a partnership with Augusta Township, WCRC replaced the deteriorated culvert with a new structure. Permanent guardrail will be installed at this location later this fall.
