WHY: Completion of culvert replacement project
BACKGROUND: On Friday, September 11, 2020, at approximately 3 p.m., WCRC re-opened Congress Street between Merrill Avenue and Valley Drive in Ypsilanti Township after completing a culvert replacement project in partnership with the Washtenaw County Water Resources Commission.
WCRC will return to this section of Congress Street later this fall for a road resurfacing project between Hewitt Road and Mansfield Street.
