WHERE: Chubb Road over Unnamed Tributary to Johnson Drain, between Six Mile Road and Seven Mile Road in Salem Township
WHY: Culvert Replacement
BACKGROUND: On Tuesday May 9, 2017, at approximately 4:30 pm, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will REOPEN Chubb Road between Six Mile Road and Seven Mile Road in Sections 13 & 14 in Salem Township.
The road was closed on Monday, August 15, 2016 due to extensive structural deterioration of a culvert. WCRC offers our sincere thanks to the area residents, motorists, postal services, businesses, emergency services and school districts for their patience during the closure of this segment of Chubb Road.
