WHERE: Willis Road 1300 feet West of Tuttle Hill Road in Augusta Township
WHY: Guardrail Replacement
BACKGROUND: On Friday, October 20, 2017 at approximately 7:00 am, RMD Holdings, Ltd. will CLOSE Willis Road on behalf of the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) between Whittaker Road and Tuttle Hill Road in Augusta Township for a guardrail replacement project. The detour will utilize Whittaker Road, Martz Road and Tuttle Hill Road. We anticipate this closure to remain in effect until Friday, October 27, 2017. Please be advised that all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
During this project, through-traffic will be prohibited. Local access to properties located within the closure will be maintained, however, delays are possible. The WCRC thanks you in advance for your patience as we work to improve the transportation network.
