BACKGROUND: On Tuesday, October 25, 2022, a private contractor will close W. Middle St between Cleveland St and Middle Ct in the City of Chelsea to install a water line.
The road improvements are expected to take approximately three days. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
