WHERE: State Road between Textile Road and Morgan Road in Pittsfield Township
WHY: Construct center-turn lane and resurface road
BACKGROUND: Starting Monday, July 27, 2020, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will close State Road between Textile Road and Morgan Road in Pittsfield Township to construct a center-turn lane and resurface the road.
The road improvements are expected to take approximately 10 days. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
WCRC will return to State Road later this summer to resurface State Road between Old State Road and Ellsworth Road. This work will be conducted under lane restrictions.
