WHERE: Scio Church Road between Guenther Road and Steinbach Road in Freedom Township
WHY: Road Construction & Culvert Replacement
BACKGROUND: On Thursday, July 20, 2017, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will temporarily CLOSE Scio Church Road between Guenther Road and Steinbach Road in Freedom Township for a culvert replacement and associated mill and resurfacing work.
The road will be closed to traffic during the project. The posted detour route is Guenther Road to Jerusalem Rd to Parker Rd.
WCRC expects the road to reopen by the end of the work day on Thursday, July 20, 2017. However, please be advised that all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
