WHY: Culvert replacement
BACKGROUND: On Thursday, October 22, 2026, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will perform a culvert replacement on Napier Rd between N. Territorial Rd and Five Mile Rd in Salem Township.
The culvert replacement is expected to take approximately two days to complete. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
The road will be closed to all through traffic. Residents living within the project limits will have access.
