WHY: Drainage & forestry
BACKGROUND: On Tuesday, September 5, 2023, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will close Martz Rd between Whittaker Rd and Tuttle Hill Rd in Ypsilanti Township perform drainage and forestry work.
The roadwork is expected to take approximately five days. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
Access will be maintained for emergency services, school buses, and residents who live, work, or own property within the project limits.
