- Maple Rd between the Foster Rd Bridge and end of pavement in Ann Arbor Township
WHY: Road resurfacing
BACKGROUND: On Thursday, August 26, 2021, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will CLOSE Maple Rd between Blueberry Ln and Newport Rd in Ann Arbor and Scio Townships for a road resurfacing project. Access will be provided to residents and property owners who live or work within the work zone.
On Friday, August 27, 2021, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will begin a road resurfacing project on Maple Rd between the Foster Rd Bridge and the end of pavement in Ann Arbor Township. The road will not be closed to traffic, but delays are likely due to lane closures. WCRC encourages motorists, emergency services and others to use an alternate route.
The road improvements will take approximately one week. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
