WHY: Power line across the road
BACKGROUND: On Thursday, February 23, 2023, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) closed the intersection of Carpenter Rd and Center Valley Dr in Pittsfield Township due to a downed power line running across the intersection.
The road is impassable at this time. Do not approach the wire. The road will reopen once the utility company can address the issue.
