WHY: Roundabout construction
BACKGROUND: On Tuesday, July 28, 2026, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will close the intersection of Dixboro Rd and Pontiac Trail in Salem and Northfield Townships for construction of a roundabout.
The work is expected to take approximately thirteen weeks to complete. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
The road will be closed to all through traffic. Businesses and residents within the road closure will have access.
