WHY: Pulverize and asphalt overlay
BACKGROUND: On Wednesday, September 16, 2026, the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) will begin a paving project on Bush Rd between Pierce Rd and Sibley Rd in Sylvan Township.
The paving project is expected to take approximately two weeks to complete. However, all dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather conditions.
The road will be closed to all through traffic. Residents living within the project limits will have access.
